The only way out is IN - and through

Hi everyone,

Has it really been almost a month since my last blog entry? Oh dear!

Of course my initial outward blaze of activity following my consultation with Sonia Choquette has fallen in upon itself.

I attended another cattle market audition for a Television commercial and was pleased to get through to a second and third stage, but no news since.

What has happened is that I have found myself strongly introverting when I had intended to be much more extraverted and outward orientated. It's peculiar. Our basic disposition resists change until we have somehow resolved the difficulties which set it up in the first place.

I seem to have immured myself in what Patsy Rodenburg (www.patsyrodenburg.com) calls "first circle-Withdrawal" energy and its not so easy to escape its gravitational pull once resting there has become habitual. I'm finding Michael Brown's Book "The Presence Process" very challenging as I move into the fourth week of the ten week process. I have a feeling that he and Rodenburg are the inward and outward aspects of much the same thing. They may work well for me in harness. I hope so. I really could do with something new and different.
